These Seller Terms & Conditions ("Seller Terms") are a part of our main Conditions of Use and apply specifically to users who register a company profile ("Sellers") to use the RRRa ERP invoicing and billing features (the "Service").
As a Seller, you are solely responsible for:
You retain all ownership rights to your Business Data (as defined in our Privacy Notice). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to access, use, process, and display your Business Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
While the basic Service may be offered for free, we reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features or plans in the future. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes. All fees will be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
You may not use the Service to create or send invoices for any illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or products/services that violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
